Veronica moved to the west coast from Kentucky in 2009 in search of new adventures. As a life-long competitive dancer and ballerina, Veronica used her passion, athleticism, and active lifestyle to launch her career in fitness. She received her certification in personal training and group fitness in 2011. Since then, Veronica has taught hundreds of group fitness classes, personal training sessions, and indoor cycling classes, allowing her to perfect her craft and refine her teaching techniques. She brings a wide array of professional experience to her rides, along with a cheesy, fun energy. Veronica’s rides are focused on breathing and proper form, and she challenges her riders to achieve more than they ever thought possible.
